If I took my own computer disk drive into my driveway and smashed it with a hammer (to make unusable) few people would say that’s violent. It’s my own property, after all. But it’s more violent than ripping up a sheet of paper because it’s more dramatic.

If it was *your* disk drive I smashed (to make it unusable), that would be more violent. (More people would say so.) (2/8)
