Next we dipped south of the river to tick off a couple of parks near Waterloo. The map tells me these are called Bernie Spain Gardens but I have never referred to them by name before so I'm suspicious. This is 'the park that's near the National Theatre that is a bit less hectic and touristy than Jubilee Gardens' if I'm meeting someone there.
