A password manager that reads Proton exports while they stay encrypted: Alien Pass 1.1 is out.
The PGP-encrypted export from Proton Pass travels to the phone untouched and is only decrypted inside the app. Plaintext never touches the device. Logins with TOTP, notes, credit cards and the vaults as categories come along.
Also new: three entry types (login, note, card), categories with filters, an optional Aegis hurdle on unlock. Copied passwords are flagged sensitive for Android, so the system preview no longer shows them.
Still zero permissions, no network, Argon2id and AES-256-GCM. A second security audit before release, every finding fixed and covered by tests.
