This is a risk to *any* person who gets nicked at a #protest - not only for business owners but there are clauses in many motor and home #insurance policies that if the policyholder gets into legal trouble it has to be declared (and #insurer has the option to refuse cover or deny claims)
People have had their home insurance invalidated and claims refused as they've let someone with a criminal record stay in the house..
I was also looking at insurance policies for modified cars earlier this year, one broker even wanted to know if I had any non spent Cautions (not just cases that went before a Court)
