On Garlic- Pesto, chimmichurri, and caesar dressing are three of the godsends to make everything taste better. Pesto on steak, chimmichurri on pork, and caesar on lettuce. This is the way. Also, black garlic is a more recently discovered go to that I keep in the cupboard to add a funky, but wonderful flavor to dishes. If you haven't tried black garlic, give it a shot!
