MartyPC has a serial port bridge feature. This is a fun feature where you can connect a serial port on the guest machine to a serial port on your host computer.

If you have a means to connect these ports together, Fun can be had. Like connecting your virtual IBM PC to a Raspberry Pi serial terminal and browsing the internet with Lynx.

You can also even connect a real, physical serial mouse to a serial-to-usb adapter and use that. It's a bit janky though.
