i feel advise to join a union or start one might just naively send ppl into the claws of big corrupt unions or start unions in the same failed ways.
i definitely agree with the talking to others part and solidarity and also i think mutual aid and stuff like commons stewardship worker coops etc... are great, but a new term and links to resources of how modern "unionizing" should look like in 2026 and onwards would be more helpful.
