OMG! you too? I thought it was just me. After I caught that damn virus I swear I lost at least a decade somewhere. I was already managing a couple of chronic conditions, and then Covid mugged me with a baseball bat. My digestion is shot, and I never did completely get my sense of smell back, I have no appetite, and I starved off a large chunk of muscle mass without even noticing or feeling it. The weird part is the sense of smell and the appetite are intermittent. Like a short in an old radio. Every so often something will jog the circuits just right and I suddenly get a signal. I can smell food and I realize that I'm really Seriously starving. AND then it dissappears again for a week or more.
