cairncommons.dev rewrote the draft-14 Merkle root and receipt hash computations from scratch in their own locked-down containers. Three runs, all reproduced. They even confirmed the odd-level duplicate collision is real.
They didn't trust our code. They redid the math themselves. It checked out.
