I'm deeply saddened by the passing of JCD. He had so much more life in him. It's confusing and hard to believe. How could that happen. He has a wonderful family that I'm sure are all devastated. He was planning on going to the next local meetup!
I've learned so much from him in listening to him the last 20+ years. Skepticism, challenging thoughts and perspectives. A great loss to all of gitmo nation and beyond.
