Reikō' (冷コー) is a shortening of 'tsumetai kōhi' (冷たいコーヒー), a name popularly used in Kansai from the Shōwa period. The word has mostly died out now, replaced by the all too familiar 'iced coffee' (アイスコーヒー)😕
