Are you restricting yourself to Citadel paints for any reason? I might swap out the white for some Pro Acryl if feasible.
I thought you were going for the Order of Our Martyred Lady at first, didn't realize that was a marine. But that does pivot pretty nicely into a Templar Captain or something.
