Broke the seal on allowing an LLM access to personal data - my food/macros logging, mostly so I can vaguely describe what I had to eat and it'll actually do it properly (fuzzy, low consequence task that fits an LLM, I think).
It did then immediately slam me for eating a choc muffin. Good, I think?
