I just dunno how to deal with those delusions mate.
A) it is ALWAYS going to be illegal to try and remove a fascist government; always. There is no "tactic" you can invent that they will not declare criminal.
B) they will accuse you of violence and sedition no matter what you do.
C) as long as the rich Nazis running this can keep making money, they will let you march till the sun burns out - the only thing they understand is when the money spigot runs dry, so you must take away their money.
