"content": "#WorldOfOntyre 20\n\nGratitude and satisfaction, two extraordinary motivators.\n\nYesterday, I went on an 8.7 mile hike, gaining +1,700 feet of altitude. At the moment I topped the ridge, I encountered an unexpected and gorgeous view. Gratitude.\n\nI finished that hike, returned home, and finished editing a short chapter.
