there's a bunch of news sites reporting that valve "released the cad files" for the steam controller and puck. what valve actually released is models of the assembled controller with and without the puck attached. which is still useful! but this is a completely different thing than "the cad files". also they're under a non-commercial license which is bizarre and disappointing.
