A quick note about the aid we receive:

The problem is not necessarily the countries that sent these spoiled supplies.
The real issue is that the occupation keeps the aid stuck at the border crossings for very long periods — sometimes for months — before allowing it in.
By the time it finally reaches us, much of it is already damaged or expired.

And the question is:
What fault do the civilians have, while they wait desperately for this aid to survive?
