And now that people have stopped letting them do it without calling them on it, they're shutting down and blocking out everyone else. All because "the left and the right are the same and they're both crazy". Because "crazy" equals "disagrees with me", and the way we're the same is that we disagree with them.

Turns out horseshoe theory is simply liberals dividing the world into "people like me" and "people unlike me".
