In BER to fly to Dublin. We get stopped and asked our nationalities so they can sort passengers by passport type. We tell her our destination and [@anna_widera](https://mastodon.social/@anna_widera ) says “Polish”, the agent tells her to go to the short queue. I say “Irish”, the agent directs me to the long queue. I ask her why:
“Because as far as I know Ireland isn’t part of the EU.”
“It is,m. You’re thinking of the UK after Brexit.”
“Well, you can try, but in my experience it won’t work…”
It says European Union on my passport…
