From what I’ve seen, accident.
Blackhawk flew right into the CRJ. Supposedly the Blackhawk was an Army Priority AirTransport flight. DOD..
Looks like ATC And Blackhawk had at the very least a miscommunication.
Comms I listened to weren’t very good. Pratt much all you could hear was the local controller.
