How the hell does one make it easy for an elderly person to be safe online?! I'm serious and I absolutely want all the good advice you can give me. It has to be elderly friendly though.

She has an iPad, and an Android. An old one because, "Oh, I don't need anything fancy. Did I tell you the other day this nice man needed to use the phone..." Me thinking: "OH MY FUCK DO NOT GIVE ANYONE BUT ME YOUR PHONE." Me verbally: "Mama, please don't give anyone but me your phone." (And I do explain why)
She can't remember passwords and refuses to even write them down, and if I ask ANY questions she becomes irate.
