Ah sorry, yeah it's something that can't be recreated in an easier way though the alt text does describe it decently well. Basically I have a typewriter. I typed a small note that said "hi honey" and texted a picture of it to my boyfriend. He replied, nearly immediately, with a picture of a typed message of his own (the nonsensical "b0ogie") which was adorkable to me since it meant he had ready access to a typewriter, indicating that we are well-suited to one another.
