Much of the world refers to mutton as meat from sheep or goats. In US/Canada, you won't generally find goat meat in the mainstream groceries, but it's the meat of choice in many countries. Far superior to sheep meat when using strongly flavoured seasonings. It's been too long since I've had curried goat.
