Yeah 4.30am would be the early side of things for me, it's normally about 5am on average. But it is a great time to get things done. The range of ages in our house means that the kitchen doesn't shut down fully until the last hungry bastard calls it a night, so my big clean is between 5-7. 30am, as is most of my social media and internet time, a shower and a trip to the shops normally.
