🇬🇧 Yesterday, we submitted our comprehensive response to the Financial Conduct Authority's Decentralised Finance consultation (GC26/7).
🌐 Drawing on four JBBA papers, including three conference proceedings from BBA’s Blockchain International Scientific Conferences (ISCs), the BBA Centre for Evidence Based Blockchain’s response highlights:
➡️ Resilience testing that examines liquidity, economic design, and technical dependencies in DeFi.
➡️ Governance assessments that examine who actually holds decision-making power.
➡️ Proportionate financial crime controls and clear responsibilities.
➡️ Practical regulation that protects consumers while supporting useful innovation.
