4b/ side note on stoves since they're pictured: my friend carried a jet boil with a full canister. I had my stupid old brs3000 with a 3/4 full gas can. We boiled the same amount of water for the same amount of meals and he ran out of gas after 2 days. I ended the 3 day trip with a 1/4 can of gas. I'll stick with my tiny stove (the few times I carry it). I run it slow and low and make a wind shelter. It's so much lighter, compact, and exponentially quieter 😅.
