so you think that homes aren't a necessity? Or are you assuming that women are purposely choosing larger homes rather than the developers deciding that larger homes are more profitable and then pretty much only building larger homes so they're the only options?

It's the same with cars in the USA: the manufacturers make more money off bigger cars so they don't make as many smaller cars because each unit is less profitable...
