I'm not really a Saturn person because I missed out on it, so I can only name a few games on it at all and I haven't even played many of them (eg some are my "I really want to play these" list,) but:
Grandia
Shining the Holy Ark
Shining Force III (though we don't get *all* of SF3.)
Legend of Oasis (Story of Thor)
Croc: Legend of the Gobos
Alien Trilogy
Thunderforce V (hey, you missed that one!)
Lemmings 3D (yeah...)
Road Rash
Gex
Dark Savior
I missed out on the Saturn unfortunately. I know I would have loved it (though honestly I sort of don't regret that we had a Playstation instead, sorry. But I would have loved it so much if I'd had both!) One day I'm going to go through the Saturn stuff thoroughly. Very thoroughly.
