Had my trial today. The prosecutor's whole case is based on "What if's" that were not present, or in some cases even proven to not be an issuein my specific case. She thinks that's what the law says she's supposed to do, come up with potentials, but according to my lawyer and the information she read about what is actually required for the charges against me, she needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that those dangers were present. (They weren't)
Now the judge will review the evidence entered during the trial and make a decision within the week.
Most likely she'll issue a "not guilty" on all counts, but if she doesn't, I'll get a notice to come back for sentencing...
So, I'd appreaciate if you agree with us in prayer what God has indicated of the "not guilty" verdict coming through quickly! Thank you! 🙂
