Yeah definately that's another huge advantage to consider, donor privacy.

On the maxi thing, it really pains me that they get driven by their ideology when giving security advice. There are countless people in jeopardy who **need** strong financial privacy to escape a dangerous situation. Preaching bitcoin to them is ignorant at best and morally bankrupt at worst. You can love BTC all you want and that's fine, but people have gone to jail for relying on it, so don't make it a privacy tool when it clearly just isn't.
