"content": "Eat your greens! For the first time, ever, I have a salad garden at home. I have grown one in my community garden but never at home. This year I gave away blooming plants to make room for happy, happy lettuces, cilantro, and cheery tomatoes. One of my plants is the leftover roots of “living lettuce”. I bought the lettuce at the grocery store annd when we had our way with it, I figured it might take off if planted - it did.\n\nI am doing cut and come again with the lettuce and cilantro. I have been harvesting for about 3 weeks. \n\n“We’re having salad tonight!”\n\n#gardening #food\nhttps://cdn.mstdn.ca/media_attachments/files/116/681/472/295/454/219/original/ed0d9c1eecb93714.png\nhttps://cdn.mstdn.ca/media_attachments/files/116/681/472/613/649/887/original/b328aa9f7b59fc71.png\n",
