started off with the harley kaapi royale robusta from naivo first: https://naivo.in/product/harley-kaapi-royale-fine-robusta/
realized my mistake pretty quick of brewing an espresso roast in pourover. got intense bitter notes in the beginning with a clove-nutmeg sort of taste. there is a subsequent dark chocolate note and buttery mouthfeel.
going to try and grind coarser and lowering the brew temperature to see if that makes a difference.
