I dunno if I'd call it that. Our government had blunt words about the illegal invasion of Iraq, after all.

It's just the Liberals doing the math within their caucus. It's probably a contentious issue inside the party. So rather than take a principled stance one way or the other, they'll just balance on the fence in way that pisses off everybody on all sides.
