This is not going to work for Richard. In the past I've set up dedicated NUCs and laptops for TV streaming, but they didn't meet with success. I bought us a wifi + bluetooth box for streaming audio to the sound system, and I'm the only one who uses it.
The Apple TV box seems like the best solution.
