ICE agent shot and wounded after trespassing, assaulting family.
A woman found the ICE agent off-duty, drunk and asleep on her lawn. She told her 72 year old father, who woke him up and ordered him to leave. He responded by assaulting both of them, and the elder responded by firing on the ICE agent in self defense. The woman's boyfriend is a cop, was summoned to the scene, and cuffed the wounded ICE agent.
Well, the Orc is in Federal custody the hospital and charged with felony assault, the defending family is NOT facing any charges. A Fresno City Councilmember is demanding ICE suspend operations in the Central Valley. Looks like Fresno, CA just put some points on the board!
