#WordWeavers Sep 4: What seemingly insignificant object in your story carries a lot of emotional weight?
I haven't highlighted it in the story, buy my protagonist's own clothes from home, which the cult lets her keep wearing because they don't want to pay for clothes, are very dear to her. She lives in a sharing community. That shirt and pants, even the socks, have been worn by cousins and aunts/uncles, and they'll be handed down after her (because they make clothes to *last*).
