Autists are extremely easy to confuse about how they're feeling due to the tism, tranny fetishizers just push them that way.
Couple it with the social power that trannies have been handed until recently it's pretty obvious. Autists see that they didn't have to improve themselves when they were trannies, just accuse anybody who disagrees of the phobias and let the mob or jannies take care of the rest.
