I don't care who you are, at 30 years old, there's no way anyone can have enough of a professional record to warrant being made Director of a major city Department of Health. There just isn't. Even Zohran Mamdani didn't have that much of a record prior to running for NYC Mayor. He was a NY Assemblyman for only 2.5 terms.

But, El-Sayed got the job, and he did the job well. Just don't ever think he did the job alone. Mamdani isn't doing it alone, either.
