I remember, in 2016, thinking Donald Trump, the reality TV personality, was a clown, a joke, there's no way he's getting elected - I mean look at that fucking clown.
I remember those thoughts and feelings. I remember dismissing it. I remember being stunned he got in, but eh, Bush was a fucking clown. 4 years of a clown, that'll suck, but it's not catastrophic.
Boy those memories feel weird now. There's nothing I could've done to change the outcome, but it feels weird, in a bad way.
