I have acquired an expensive honey and an inexpensive honey to see if I can tell the difference. The one I just ran out of was like, pine or something, very distinctive. Not quite to my tastes, too strong for tea. New ones are milder. I don't usually seek out mild things so this is an experiment. There were at least 20 options in the grocery store and I'm not used to having a choice beyond brand!
