Before an agent does something it can't undo, /review returns a signed verdict for whoever is on the hook for it. /prove signs a proof afterwards, and every published verdict lands on the public record at https://api.babyblueviper.com/ledger
Anyone can check a verdict for free, with no account: POST it to https://api.babyblueviper.com/verify-proof (checked against our published key).
