Adventures in LLMs: I asked OpenAI and Claude to help me read a paper and gave them a link.
BOTH of them were unable to fetch the paper but searched around and found the abstract then promptly hallucinated what they thought the paper might be about including generating code that implemented their hallucinations which I never asked for and looks nothing like what's actually in the paper
