We weren't planning to put up a Christmas tree yet, because the kids are so young.
I figured they might topple it over.
But, my (3 year old) son really wanted one.
So, we bought a small 4 foot high (artificial) Christmas tree.
My hope is that it is small enough that it is more or less child-safe.
