I’m trying to cancel my Trupanion service, because at this point I’m 0 for 3 on insurance claims and I’m spending too much for them not to help me.
Their service doesn’t have a way to cancel online, which is always a bad experience.
So I call, 45 minutes of holding and it turns out, they don’t have anyone who can cancel my policy in this state, so in have to wait for a call back 24 to 48 hours from now. I’m beyond frustrated.
