I did a quick test between 2 of my own devices. My iPad could initiate a call to my linux desktop/flatpak. But could the linux/flatpak initiate to the iPad? No. Maybe the flatpak's permissions held it back somehow? Both are using the same Deltachat server.

I think the audio/video call functionality isn't well-tested in #Deltachat yet.
