What do people use for writing desktop apps in 2025? Preferably cross platform but really I only care about Linux. I need to be able to open file dialogs, render some graphics dynamically, open modal (sub)windows. Last time I did this I used C# with mono/.net in the late 00s, what's the modern approach?
