I'm not on a full pension because I didn't have quite the full set of NI, partly because of the opting out scam of the 80's and partly because of being Self Employed at times.
But I still get more than the qualifying £218 a week so even if I wasn't married with a still working wife I still wouldn't qualify for Pension Credit.
That says to me that anyone that qualifies should claim regardless of the Winter Fuel Allowance.
Energy for those over 75 should be fully funded, as Public Health.
