Agree it looks like a mild case of botrytis. The warm winter you had (and we all have increasingly) is conducive to increased fungal infection. Botrytis likes it between 55 and 65°F.
Agree best best is to try cutting out infected branches and then try to ensure ongoing ventilation with pruning etc.
