Unbelievable! I just learned that the electricity retail industry still has about 350,000 consumers with what we used to call ‘White Meter’s or ‘Economy 7’. That’s where you have two old fashioned meters and the system switches between them for seven hours overnight to charge storage heaters and immersion heaters on cheap rate.
