I also dislike how the immediate conclusion the fans came to through his backstory, is he should abandon masculinity altogether and transition, not stay cis and navigate his emotions and gender identity, not even becoming genderfluid, no, full on trans? it just doesn't suit his character at all. did the fans want any reason not to hate him so they decided he was trans to sympathize with him? yall do know he's like, *the villain*, it's okay to hate him, he's undoubtedly horrible.
the so called "hints" are too vauge as well. one of his clones inside his mind wearing the maid outfit? could be self loathing. he hated that oufit when they made him wear it in ep 5. him blushing when ribbit put the bow on his head? idk man, anyone whether male or female would react the same way when they're alone with the perosn they love and crush on.
yes these scenes are given emphasis so the viewers can interpret them in more than one way, but immediately claiming jax is definitely trans when not even his real life human chose to change pronouns, it's just... odd. )=
